1. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
- In rare cases where we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you in advance and offer an alternative slot or full refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued only in cases of cancellation initiated by Jadagam.com or eligible user cancellations.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Missed appointments without prior notice.
- Incorrect or incomplete birth details submitted by the user.
- Change of mind after the consultation has been delivered.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Please write to us at support@jadagam.com with your Booking ID and reason for cancellation. Our team will get in touch with you promptly.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. We will review your concern on a case-by-case basis.
