1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
- No refunds will be provided for completed consultations.
- If a session is canceled by Jathagam.com due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
